HI, I'M DOM!

I'm a Sports Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer with over 10+ years of professional experience coaching women in health, fitness + nutrition. 

My approach to coaching is supportive, comprehensive + knowledge-based with a side of “you can train harder than that” because real results come from being guided properly, but also knowing when to be pushed past your comfort zone.

I launched TTB so I could support more women using the same method used in my 1:1 coaching where I have seen the life-changing results.

This method I teach clients through this challenge is backed by science and hundreds of real transformations.

1. Optimisation: I'll take you through a diet optimisation phase first, where you'll fuel properly - feeling and seeing the difference immediately.

2. Fat Loss: We then dive into a fat-loss phase to strip back excess fat in a healthy way that preserves lean mass and metabolism. Let's show off the physique that you've spent hours working on in the gym already!

3. Maintenance & Ongoing Recomposition: Lastly, we'll move back into a style of regular, ongoing eating that'll allow you to maintain your results & keep you progressing without yet another rebound (that comes with 4-week challenge territory).
