No these calls are free of charge.

Discovery calls are phone calls facilitated over WhatsApp. 

In the call we discuss your health and fitness goals, and then I will tell you about the fitness and/or nutrition coaching options I have that could support you. 

You will receive a confirmation email for your call, within this email you have the option to reschedule or cancel up to 6 hours before your scheduled call time.
