This challenge has been created to maximise the efficiency of your actions, meaning that you can spend less time getting better results.
This is NOT a typical all-or-nothing challenge where you're expected to layer in gym, cardio, step goals, meal prep, planning and tracking on top of your already-busy schedule. This is a stripped-back version where you only do the essentials for effective fat loss, and nothing more.
Express is perfect for time-poor women who can commit to just TWO effective exercise sessions per week and want the ability to throw together quick, nutritious meal plans without all of the overthinking.
Express has three components:
1. Expert nutrition designed for you to lose fat effectively whilst still getting the perfect balance of nutrients to nourish yourself. You will be able to throw together your ideal meal plan from a big selection of meals, or simply copy examples that I'll provide for you. All meals are easy, fast and family-friendly, because who has time to make a hundred different things in the kitchen each day?!
2. The exercise programming gives you the choice of home or gym, and will provide two-full body sessions per week to follow. No fluffy extra exercises or junk volume that leaves you feeling more exhausted than before you went into the gym. Simple, straightforward and effective.
3. A private support forum where you can get additional help directly from me, and your fellow challengers. No mandatory meetings or calls; you can jump in and out as you please to get extra accountability or answers to any niggling nutrition & exercise questions.

Please note: You can to choose to EXTEND the challenge after 4 weeks if you'd prefer to do 8 weeks total. An option for upgrading will be provided in week 4 so you can decide as you progress.
