- Nutrition recommendations to bridge the gap between where you are, and working towards your goals
- Relevant nutrition education including food groups, food distribution and how to create balanced meals and snacks for your personal needs
- Discussion of additional relevant strategies to support your goals (habits, lifestyle, exercise, tools to make things easier)
You'll leave this appointment feeling calm and confident with a clear plan of action, nutrition habits to start implementing, and a timeline to achieve your goals.
After the appointment:
- Full breakdown of your goals analysis, timeline, nutrition assessment and recommended plan with actions will be provided to you after the appointment
- 20+ page personalised flexible meal plan, created specifically for YOU with each meal broken down into easy chop 'n' change portions, snack recommendations and full example days with nutrition analysis included.
There's no need to meticulously plan, count calories, or track nutrition if you are utilising this flexible nutrition plan.
